Refund policy

1. Scope of Application

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all services and, where applicable, to the sale or resale of products offered by One Global Connect, including but not limited to:

  • sourcing and supplier research services,

  • business matchmaking and introductions,

  • strategic and operational support,

  • market studies,

  • consulting and coordination missions,

  • sale or resale of products when One Global Connect acts as a reseller.

The role of One Global Connect (intermediary or reseller) is clearly specified in the relevant quotation, contract, or invoice.


2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1 Services (B2B)

Most services provided by One Global Connect are intended for business clients (B2B).

In accordance with Article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded between professionals when the service falls within the scope of their professional activity.

Therefore, no automatic right of withdrawal applies once the quotation or contract has been validated.


2.2 Sale or Resale of Products

When One Global Connect acts as a reseller:

  • In B2B transactions, no automatic right of withdrawal applies unless expressly stated otherwise in the contract.

  • In B2C transactions, where applicable, customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, except for legal exclusions (custom-made products, opened or used goods, perishable products, etc.).


3. Refund Conditions for OGC Services

3.1 Cancellation Before the Start of the Service

If the client cancels the assignment before any execution has begun, a partial or full refund may be granted in accordance with the terms set out in the quotation or contract.

Any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred (research, communications, travel, preparation) may be deducted.


3.2 Cancellation After the Start of the Service

Once the service has begun (needs analysis, sourcing, supplier contacts, negotiations, introductions, delivery of outputs):

No refund may be claimed.

As services are intangible in nature, the time, expertise, and actions already carried out are deemed payable.


4. Product Returns and Refunds

4.1 When One Global Connect Acts as a Reseller

Return, exchange, or refund conditions are specified in the applicable quotation or General Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Returns are accepted only in the event of defective or non-conforming products.

  • Any claim must be submitted within 48 to 72 hours after receipt, supported by evidence (photos, videos).

  • Customized, used, opened, or made-to-order products are neither returnable nor refundable.

Return shipping costs may be borne by the client, unless the defect is clearly attributable to One Global Connect.


4.2 When One Global Connect Acts as an Intermediary

When the client places an order directly with a third-party supplier:

  • Return and refund conditions are governed exclusively by the supplier’s own terms and conditions.

  • One Global Connect cannot be held liable for:

    • manufacturing defects,

    • delivery delays,

    • damage caused during transport,

    • customs or import-related issues.

OGC may, upon request, assist the client in communicating with the supplier or managing a claim, without any obligation of result.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund shall be granted in the following situations:

  • change of mind by the client,

  • project abandonment after service commencement,

  • refusal to pay customs duties or taxes,

  • delays or incidents attributable to third parties,

  • failure to report defects within the required time limits.


6. Claims

Any claim must be submitted in writing to:

contact@one-global-connect.fr

The request must include:

  • client contact details,

  • reference to the quotation, contract, or invoice,

  • a clear description of the issue,

  • all relevant supporting documentation.


7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
