Terms of service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the services provided by One Global Connect (“OGC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, signing a contract, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

One Global Connect provides professional services including, but not limited to:

  • sourcing and identification of suppliers or business partners,

  • commercial introductions and business matchmaking,

  • strategic and operational consulting,

  • market research and feasibility studies,

  • project coordination and follow-up,

  • sale or resale of products when OGC acts as a reseller.

The exact scope, duration, and conditions of each service are defined in the relevant quotation, contract, or invoice.

3. Role of One Global Connect

Depending on the assignment, One Global Connect may act as:

  • a service provider,

  • a commercial intermediary, or

  • a reseller of products.

OGC’s role is explicitly specified in the contractual documents applicable to each transaction.

4. Eligibility and Access

Services are primarily intended for business clients (B2B), but may also be provided to individual clients (B2C) where applicable.

OGC reserves the right to refuse access to its services or terminate a collaboration at its discretion, particularly in cases of non-compliance with these Terms.

5. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information,

  • cooperate in good faith throughout the assignment,

  • comply with agreed timelines and payment terms,

  • refrain from misusing any information, documents, or contacts provided by OGC.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.

6. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Prices are stated in the quotation or contract and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise indicated.

  • Payment terms (deposit, milestones, balance) are specified in the contractual documents.

  • Any service that has begun is considered due and payable.

  • Late payments may lead to service suspension and may incur penalties in accordance with applicable law.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Return & Refund Policy of One Global Connect, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Product Sales (When Applicable)

When OGC acts as a reseller:

  • product descriptions, pricing, delivery, and return conditions are specified in the applicable contractual documents,

  • customized, made-to-order, or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.

When OGC acts as an intermediary, product transactions are governed by the supplier’s own terms and conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, documents, visuals, and materials created or provided by OGC remain the exclusive intellectual property of One Global Connect unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat as confidential any information exchanged within the framework of the services.

This confidentiality obligation remains in force after the termination of the contractual relationship.

11. Limitation of Liability

OGC is bound by an obligation of means, not an obligation of results.

OGC shall not be held liable for:

  • decisions made by the client,

  • acts or omissions of third parties (suppliers, transporters, partners),

  • indirect or consequential damages,

  • delays or losses caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.

12. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with OGC’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the GDPR.

13. Termination

OGC reserves the right to terminate services, without notice if necessary, in the event of:

  • breach of these Terms,

  • non-payment,

  • unlawful, unethical, or harmful behavior.

Any service already performed shall remain payable.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings. If no agreement is reached, the competent courts of France shall have jurisdiction.

15. Amendments

OGC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The version in force at the time of the service request or contract signature shall apply.
