This Shipping Policy applies to all products and services offered by One Global Connect (OGC), where shipping or delivery is involved.
The role of One Global Connect (intermediary or reseller) is clearly specified in the quotation, contract, or invoice applicable to each transaction.
When One Global Connect acts as a reseller of products:
Shipping methods, costs, delivery timelines, and destinations are specified in the quotation, order confirmation, or contractual documents.
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on product availability, production timelines, and destination.
Products may be shipped directly from the supplier, manufacturer, or logistics partner acting on behalf of OGC.
OGC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
customs clearance procedures,
force majeure events,
carrier or logistics provider issues,
inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the client.
When One Global Connect acts as a commercial intermediary:
Shipping and delivery are managed directly by the third-party supplier or logistics provider selected by the client.
Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and transport conditions are governed by the supplier’s own terms and conditions.
OGC may assist in coordinating shipping or sharing tracking information, without assuming responsibility for transport execution.
Shipping costs are indicated prior to order confirmation, where applicable.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the client, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
OGC shall not be held liable for delays or refusals related to unpaid customs duties or regulatory requirements.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
OGC shall not be liable for:
delivery failures due to incorrect addresses,
additional costs resulting from address errors,
lost shipments caused by inaccurate delivery details.
Upon receipt of goods, clients are advised to:
inspect packages immediately,
report any visible damage, missing items, or non-conformity within 48 to 72 hours of delivery,
provide supporting evidence (photos, videos, delivery notes).
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit the ability to process claims.
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon dispatch or delivery, in accordance with the applicable Incoterms or contractual terms.
OGC is not responsible for damage occurring after the transfer of risk.
OGC shall not be held liable for delivery delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters,
strikes,
transportation disruptions,
governmental actions,
international trade restrictions.
Any shipping-related claims or questions must be submitted in writing to:
OGC may assist the client in communicating with suppliers or carriers but does not guarantee resolution, particularly where OGC acts solely as an intermediary.
This Shipping Policy is governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before initiating legal proceedings.
